zephyr scripts not found and missing auto generated header #1

When attempting to run on platformio, using the sensortile_box platform there are two issues:

some zephyr python scripts are not found
the autogenerated header file strerror_table.h is not found

This is because in zephyr 3.2 the build scripts have been moved to another folder, and a new script to autogenerate strerror_table.h has been added.
