can't play video after download with --save-dir option #507

Hi ,

There is a problem when using --save-dir option with non-English language like Hebrew.
Probably the encoder failed to encode the video , and it doesn't play at all.
If the folder name is only with English, every thing is ok , if mixed with English and Hebrew, it's not work.
command : N_m3u8DL-RE.exe --manifest --keyid --save-name dir_name
OS: win10

It might be for the same reason #233

You can try latest build, which use ffmpeg to decrypt by default.

my os is win10 64bit intel cpu .

Or just use shaka-package to decrypt.
