After some MS Windows 7 updates (x64) diylc.exe cannot start anymore

Hello!

I installed diylc.exe about two weeks ago, and ran it three or four times.
It started and I worked with it. Now... two weeks later I am not even able to 
start it anymore. It crashes after doubleclick, also if I start it as 
Administrator. After doubleclick on icon or starting as Admin, there is no 
splash-screen, no window... but everytime a new error-log-file.
I have attached some of them, hope they are useful.
