Everything in the help won't work in different OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program
2. Just click on help
3. Choose help topic

What is the expected output? something in a browser
What do you see instead? nothing

What version of the product are you using? 3.21.0
On what operating system? eComStation version 1.2NL (OS/2)


Please provide any additional information below.
Trouble with different operating systems is that they don't act like windows 
with some kind of registry with were to find what (one of the reasons of all 
mallware)
In OS/2 or eComStation you have to setup what browser you use and in what way 
because there is not one solution for starting a program but many due to the 
object oriented way of working. We had same issue with JAlbum, but they fixed 
it. Best way is to setup with properties or preferences.
