Fork, Commit, Merge - Easy Issue (SASS)

Create The Container Class For Web Page

Note: You don't have ask permission to start solving the issue or get assigned, since these issues are supposed to be always open for new contributors. The actions-user bot will reset the file back to previous state for the next contributor after your commit is merged. So you can just simply start working with the issue right away!

How to get started

Navigate to the directory used in this project with the command:

cd tasks/sass/easy

Install all the necessary dependencies and SASS:

npm i

Open styles.scss file and start implementing your solution!

Description

The goal of this task is to add styles to a Container class in styles.scss so the web page would look similar as in the screenshot.
Use the $primary-color variable for the background color.

How to run

Make sure you are in the correct directory:

cd tasks/sass/easy

Compile the SASS code to CSS:

sass styles.scss styles.css

If you are using VS Code and have for example Live Server extension, you can simply open index.html with the server and check how the page looks. If it looks similar as in the screenshot provided, you are ready to make a pull request!
If you do not have Live Server extension, you'll find information about installing and how to use it here.


To work with this issue, you need to have npm and NodeJS installed to your local machine.
Check out README.md for more instructions of installing npm and NodeJS as well as how to make a pull request.
