UPC-based distributed hash-table benchmark.

Build using the makefile. Known to work with gcc-upc compiler, may work with other UPC compilers but untested.

Usage: hashexample N m k
       where N is the number of objects to hash
         and m is the length of the objects in bytes
         and k is the number of times objects are expected
