Describe the bug
The I agree button on the agreement page is missing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'rigs'
  2. Click on download QUICKMINER
  3. Click to install to directory
  4. See error

Expected behavior
I can click the I agree button

Installing a lower version while upgrading, this is how I resolved it
