Python 3.8 and Werkzeug (>0.15.4?) cause TypeError

Using Python 3.8 will result in a Type Error, cf. [https://github.com/pallets/werkzeug/issues/1551]
Solution: Don't use Python 3.8 (yet), at least not with the current Werkzeug version (which however might result in other problems)
