	<p><em>LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — Walker Zanger, a major stone and tile design resource in North America, recently announced the launch of Kiva, a new ceramic tile line. The handmade collection is inspired by both natural and architectural components found in desert regions around the world and embodies the minimalism and warmth of the desert. <p>Kiva is designed in the Desert Modern style, with clean lines, a warm palette of pink, beige, adobe, and rust, and cool greens that evoke high desert pines and cacti. The organic forms of jutting boulders, towering buttes, and soft palm trees are depicted in the collection’s double-fired, glazed white body clay shapes. “We’ve witnessed an increase in desire from homeowners and design professionals to create a personal statement in their homes by embracing more color and shapes,” said Chris Stulpin, Chief Creative Officer.</p>
<p>“Kiva’s rustic warmth and clean appearance match that requirement while also delivering a <strong><a href="https://cementtile.vn/en/everything-you-need-to-know-about-cement-tile/">high-quality cement tile</a></strong> product made with care.” Kiva is made by hand in Walker Zanger’s workshop in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, a historic city and UNESCO World Heritage site noted for its Baroque architecture and long-standing tile-making traditions. Walker Zanger has first enticed to the city over 30 years ago when it began distributing Cerámica Antique’s handmade masterpieces, a facility that Walker Zanger currently owns and maintains with a focus on conserving local craft traditions.</p>
<p>There are nine different shapes in the Kiva collection, including modern Diamond, Triangle, Picket, and Brick shapes, as well as four mesh-mounted mosaics. The 4- by 4-inch size has a rough surface with a rich undertone of pooling glaze that shows off the shape’s rustic craftsmanship. The set includes ten glossy hues that may be mixed and matched to create unique <strong><a href="https://www.pinterest.com/pin/270567890092686453/">cement tile patterns</a></strong>.</p>
