[Bug] "Explore" library missing lots of mods

I've got a fresh install of both the GOG version of FS2 and Knossos. Wanted to install Blue Planet. Sadly, it wasn't there, along with a lot of other mods:

What most likely happened is that the FreeSpace 2 retail data files weren't installed to the Knossos library folder when Knossos was set up. As a result, Knossos is showing only the Total Conversion mods, which don't require the FreeSpace 2 files.

The player can make the FreeSpace 2 mods appear anyway by going to the settings page, and then under "Knossos", check the "Show FreeSpace 2 Mods:" box.

As a side note, perhaps the pop-up that appears when the player skips retail installation should make clear that most mods won't appear if you skip retail installation.

I'm suddenly having this issue after installing new mods. It's happened several times before when installing mods as well. Switching to the develop tab and switching back resolves it.
