NGF binary version output not working

Describe the bug
The NGF binary does not have a --version command option at present.
Therefore, the exec command for NGF --version fails with the help output.
Either we open an issue with NGF repository or we remove this.

The NGF pod logs are in JSON format but we can't rely on this to parse the running NGF version as the logs may have rolled or truncated.
