CSM3.0.3 version is out of date

The external directory contains links to CSM3.0.3 as zip files but the 3.0.3 version is not in sync with the official 3.0.3 maintained in GitHub : See github.com/sminster/csm for the official version. Nothing in the SIXX library actually exploits any of the new features in 3.0.3 (vs 3.0.1), but if you are going to have a zipped copy, it should at least be in agreement with the official version.
