We should try to consolidate some repos, this is a prime candidate.

From the top of my head i'd suggest moving most of the results of this work to https://github.com/nfdi4plants/arc-export or https://github.com/nfdi4plants/ARC-specification , but i'll leave the details to you @HLWeil @floWetzels
