Clarify Contact Information for "publishable" ARCs

Currently In the section Shareable and Publishable ARCS, the following minimal information for the contacts is specified:

• INVESTIGATION CONTACTS section and/or Comment[ORCID] of the PI(s)
  • Investigation Person Last Name
  • Investigation Person First Name
  • Investigation Person Email
  • Investigation Person Affiliation

However, from this it does not become clear if there needs to be at least one person with these values present or if this constraint has to be met for all persons.

Furthermore, it is not stated what exactly is meant with PI(s). E.g. this could be inferred from the Role field.
