Adds hooks to aid with formatting and linting before the bot throws me out during CI. I know most of the other nf-core repos use pre-commit (and, tbh, I kind of prefer pre-commit), but since we already are using node here, I chose to implement in husky to prevent having to add another dependency. To be merged after #35.
