I converted all texts to paths, so it should be working nicely now.

I'd just like a fallback to the static subway map, or a switch or something...

Sorry to be a spoilsport here, but that map is very unrealistic. When the dots run through umitools dedup, they have to stall at least for a minute 😬. Same for SortMeRNA and qualimap 😝
