Add the calculations of physicochemical properties from alakazam

Hi,
I'd like to add to the AIRR repertoires generated by this pipeline the calculations of amino acid sequence physicochemical properties with the alakazam package for the cdr1, cdr2, cdr3, fwr1, fwr2, fwr3 regions and ideally also for the V region (according to the mixcr definition), but currently there is no column with the sequences of V region.

It is possible to use either the nucleotide sequences of these regions, or the amino acid sequences (#298 ).

I'm thinking of adding a new process just after add_meta_to_tab in the vdj_annotation worflow.
