startpage.com now support safe search at DNS level

Currently startpage.com is blocked when safe search is turned on in nextdns settings. This was due to the fact startpage did not support safe search at DNS level (see #1089)

However, now they have added support for this as detailed in this support article:

Could you please make the necessary changes so nextdns uses the safe search url?
