Describe the bug
Hi,
I can't skip in video to another part it goes every time back to start and starts again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a video in files (for me it is an external storage SMB)
start the video and try to go in the video to a nother part

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [windows 10/11/server2019]
Browser [e.g. chrome up to date/EDGE up to date]

Browser log

Chrome

log is empty
