.md toolbar invisible

Describe the bug
The toolbar is missing in .md files. When overscrolling, it gets visible. Seems like its hidden unter the file name bar. Also in general there is a little space between the brower viewport and the Nextcloud header

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter .md file
2. Select text for formtting
3. No toolbar in sight

Expected behavior
Visible toolbar in .md files

Server details:

• Nextcloud version: [30.0.4]
• PHP Version: [8.1]
• Database: [SQlite]

Client details:

• OS: [iOS 18.1.1.]
• Browser: [Latest Safari]
• Device: [iPad Pro]

Can you share a screenshot or screen recording of that? I cannot see anything odd in the menu bar behaviour on my setup

Here is a recording of the viewport, on the iPhone it is the same. Landscape or portrait, doesn‘t matter.
On Mac/Safari desktop the behavior is correct. Mind the blue margin on top. There may be a connection to the overlapping. When I slightly overscroll, the toolbar is visible but not usable.

It seems like the log files don't show anything unusual, except perhaps this?

Same problem on a another installation.
