LoadCompleteButton does not decode HTML codes

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a calendar with an ampersand (&) in its name
2. Go to Tasks app
3. Look at both the HeaderBar and the LoadCompleteButton

Expected behavior

Both should show the decoded text

Actual behaviour

HeaderBar displays the text correctly, but the LoadCompleteButton does not.
