Steps to reproduce

1. Connect as an admin on NC 13.0
2. Launch web updater from menu to upgrade from 13.0.0 to 13.0.1
3. Web Updater go through steps 1, 2, 3 (see NC13 admin doc)
4. Backup starts (step 4)

Expected behaviour

5. Backup is succesfull
6. Next steps are successful (see NC13 admin doc)

Actual behaviour

5. Backup error (details below)
6. No CS installation visible anymore (FTP & SSH file access), no "updater-INSTANCEID" folder found
