Bug description

After update from 28.0.1 to 28.0.2 i have this error in admin console:
This instance lacks some recommended PHP modules. For better performance and compatibility, it is strongly recommended to install them: bz2

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to admin panel
  2. go to summary
  3. show error in Security and configuration alerts
