Bug description

I upgraded to next cloud 26 Beat 1 and php 8.0/8.2 and not I see this on my web page

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I have, no joke, tried to fix it for the last 24 hours and can not fix it. I need to get it working but I'm running out of time and energy.

Steps to reproduce

N/A

(Their have been ups and downs and I have no joke been working on it all day. It is impossible to say what I have done at this point)

Expected behavior

I can access next cloud in the web GUI.
