Noticed in 14.0.3 translation for the Accessibility app isn't there.
Looking in server/apps/accessibility/ the l10n folder isn't there so translation support has yet to be added.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #9862 (Accessibility ♿), #2300 (App/device password missing, probably after some upgrade), #10066 (Hardcoded label in Accessibility App details), #9994 (Keyboard accessibility), and #5142 (Files app not showing files).

Still persists in 15.0.0...
