Steps to reproduce

  1. occ notification:generate admin "Breaking notification unfolding" -l "Some text that is longer than 3 lines in the UI"
  2. Open web and try to read the message

Expected behaviour

You can click the message to read it

Actual behaviour

Message doesn't unfold

Okay seems to only be an issue with buttons on the notification
https://github.com/nextcloud/twofactor_nextcloud_notification can be used for testing
