The admin may change the WebDAV root, but we don't respect that configuration: https://github.com/nextcloud/server/blob/8cc996155e77e10a626906550a74953fb4a6928d/lib/private/OCS/CoreCapabilities.php#L45

Configurable endpoint is in #2308

Judging from https://github.com/search?q=org%3Anextcloud%20webdav-root&type=code almost nothing seems to respect this 🤔
Maybe because everyone uses the v2 DAV endpoints which we should do as well.
