pre-req:
NextCloud Server + account

Steps to reproduce

1. enable auto upload
2. upload the whole camera roll
3. wait for few uploads
4. pause the upload by toggling upload the whole camera roll
5. enable again

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen

It should resume upload

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead, if possible, also add a screenshot

its reuploading previously uploaded photos, causing duplicates in the server
