It would be useful to create a new groupfolder based on an existing one and copy over the acl rules that are defined on the original ones.

actually, i'm more interested in a subfolder copy with all advanced permissions set than just a groupfolder..

I must explain :

a subfolder containing 30 other subfolders each having their own advanced permissions is a nightmare to copy.

Please use the Github Reactions feature instead of commenting that also need a specific feature. That way we can see your support without notifying all users subscribed to a given issue.
