Bug description

The Sync now button should be disabled when syncing is not possible because the desktop client is not connected with the server instance.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setup a sync account
  2. Get the client unable to reach the server
  3. Start the client and see the button is enabled

Expected behavior

Sync now is only enabled when sync is effectively possible
