Windows client does not show and sync all folders.

Hello,

i am now battling some time with an sync problem where the windows desktop client does not show and sync all direktories.

Behaviour:

I have an direktory wich contains 103 subdirectories with pictures (5,8GB).
The destop client only shows me 25 of them.
I cant find any reason why its only these 25 and also why the same 25 on other systems.
Even if i select the parent folder for sync, the client only sync this 25 folders.
The linux version of the client shows and sync all subdirectories.

My first thougt was it could be a "nasty" character in one directoryname but i could not fint any. All directories contain only [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9], äöüß"-'. and Spaces.

I tested it on 3 windows systems where it doesnt work and on 2 linux systems where it worked.
I also tested it with different versions of the client. The Behaviour was the same.

Nextcloud Desktop client:
version 3.0.3 (and at least the 2 releases before)

Ubuntu 18.04

Ok... i found the reason.
The 25 directories are the only ones wich doesnt have an " in it.

i tested it with 4 directories:

test 2"
test "3"
test 4

And only test 4 was shown and synced.
For me it looks like an escape problem in the client because the linux version works.
