[Feature Request] add option to disable Warning on ingredient calculation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
when a portion number is specified, for ingredients which do not follow the regular syntax of "amount unit ingredient", a warning is displayed, which is a good feature. However, this also gets applied to ingredients, which typically do not have an amount specified, e.g. salt and other spices. For such ingredients, the displayed warning should not appear, as it is distracting

Describe the solution you'd like

• a checkbox next to the ingredient while editing the recipe to disable the amount checking
• for existing recipes: treat this box as not checked, until edited to ensure compatibility

Describe alternatives you've considered

• a global option to disable the warning displayed in the recipes or on a per-recipe-basis
