Hide shared read-only address books no longer works

Steps to reproduce

1. go to the contacts app
2. "contacts settings"
3. select the "..." menu of a read-only shared address book

Expected behavior

A option to hide the address book. According to this PR by @JohannesGGE this should be implemented, right? #3399

I quickly checked it with 31.0.0 dev and Contacts 7.0.0-dev.0 and it seems to work.
I shared an addressbook with an other user (read only), which can hide it in the settings.
