Can it be integrated with group folders and external storages? #537

It would be great to be able to circle the group folders and external storages.
I also suggest a function to manage which groups can create certain types of circles. For example, it would be very convenient for the management that only allowed groups could create public, private circles, etc ... as defined by the administrator.
It's a suggestion...
