System tag support for Circles #335

System tag support, as universally discussed across all major Nextcloud apps here, could be integrated with the recently announced Flow app for Nextcloud 18. It would be rad to apply tags to Circles, which would then apply to all items within the circle: attached files and notes, deck cards, and other items already shared with a specific circle of users.
