send e-mail to admins if publicly shared file/folder was downloaded

Hi, it would be really nice, if there was an option to enable e-mail notifications for admins so that if a publicly shared file/folder (by any user) was downloaded, they get an e-mail notification.
That would imo greatly improve the security of the whole public file/folder sharing by a lot.
