1. 我更改_config.yml中的某些選項，如：menu新增隱私權政策的頁面的選項，我也需要公開我的_config.yml嗎? (依據NexT的license與GNU Affero General Public License version 3，如果我的理解沒有錯誤的話?)
2. 如果我將頁腳的copyright格式由© 2024 <fa fa-heart> <author>改成2024 © <author>，需要公開修改過後的控制footer的檔案嗎?
3. 如果以上兩點的答案是肯定的，我需要附上GNU Affero General Public License version 3或說明是依據此條款進行修改與授權嗎?

您好，

1. Hexo允许通过名为_config.next.yml的配置覆盖默认配置，而无需修改主题的源代码，因此可以不受到AGPL协议约束
2. 如果是直接修改了footer.njk，那么根据AGPL协议，需要公開修改過後的控制footer的檔案；不过，Hexo实际上也有插件允许在不直接修改主题的情况下任意覆盖主题源码，可以参考 https://github.com/jiangtj/hexo-extend-theme
3. 如果是的话，需要附上AGPL协议；也可以使用其他方式在不修改主题源码的情况下进行自定义
