Description

If a customer has high security mode (HSM) enabled, switching JFR on results in the JFR specific endpoints rejecting the request, spamming the agent log with socket timeout exceptions.

The agent should reject any requests to enabled JFR if HSM is enabled and log a message to the agent log stating that HSM prevented JFR from being enabled.
