MIME types for OO files are antique #30

IT seems like the MIME types in sql/data/mime_type_localized.sql for OpenOffice files are actually those pre-OD? extensions.
cf. https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#application

I'm wondering about replacing them or keeping them for legacy, which should I do in a PR?
