Add better mobile support #26

The web interface to show the "fahrplan" should be improved to better support mobile Devices like iPhone/iPad and similar Android devices.

I am specialy thinking about the following features:

full offline support
homescreen icon support (fullscreen app)
automaticaly jump to the reacent talks when opening the page.
special layout for devices with small screens
improve the rating system
