From our experience, this field ${{ project.owner }} for artifacts (docker image, storage path, etc.) URI generation. Example

Currently, if the owner field is absent in project.yaml file, the rendered by neuro-flow engine value will be None, which clearly breaks URI.

Suggestion: instead of None, render current user username, or raise an error as @johngull suggested
