Please Help Review My Attempt to Reproduce the Experiment

I really appreciate all the effort you've put into this project. I've been trying to replicate the R2 results for 'Monkey C-2016/10/13' (center_out), but I've only managed to achieve 0.90, while your paper reports 0.96. I'm not sure if I've overlooked something or misunderstood a key detail.

I've uploaded my replication code to my GitHub repository. Could you please review it and offer some guidance on where I might be going wrong? Alternatively, could you share the code for running experiments related to a single session? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
