Ability to get base dir

Feature description

I miss get base dir command. Simply the result of:

Mage::getBaseDir('tmp')

Problem and motivation

I think it can be very useful to be able read magento basedirs by magerun.
EDIT: In fact I needed that in one of my shell script, but by lack of the feature I ended with hardcoded path.

We could add this to sys:info command.
