CI: add cronjob #132

At some point the CI started to fail, but it wasn't spotted as there are no cron jobs triggered (last run that was passing was 3 months ago)

Easiest solution is to propagate the configs from numpy-tutorials, and I'm happy to help with it if it's desired.
