Proposed Changes

Prepend numbered prefixes to the GitHub issue templates so that they are ordered as:

  1. Feature request
  2. Bug report
  3. Documentation change
  4. Translation
  5. Housekeeping
  6. Deprecation

Justification

Provides a more natural progression of issue types than the default alphabetical ordering.
