Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upload and run a custom script which generates log messages at various levels.
  2. Attempt to filter the log messages by level.

Expected Behavior

Only messages logged at or above the selected level should be displayed.

Observed Behavior

Selecting a level has no effect on the log messages. I believe this is a regression introduced by the fix for #16756 in v4.0.10.
