You could use Custom Fields to populate information as you wish: https://docs.netbox.dev/en/stable/customization/custom-fields/ |
To me, this is a duplicate of #8356 |

NetBox version
v3.4.7
Feature type
New functionality
Proposed functionality
I have noticed that when we fill out our Virtual Machine configuration or our host configuration, it doesn't give us the option that we would like or what we would've thought it would have. We tried Teempip < https://demo.teemip.net/ > that gave us more information :
OS Family
OS Version
OS License
CPU
RAM
Software
Logical Volumes
and more
I understand this is just more for Datacenters and networking but doesn't your datacenter have servers that run applications or etc?
Use case
Give the Netbox administrator to enter more details about the what is currently running in all the rack and the specs instead of having other applications like Lansweeper or excel documents
