This may be caused by the Neuron not syncing to 100%, so the Neuron didn't get the transaction that cost the CKB. Please wait for the Neuron to sync to 100%. If after the Neuron sync to 100%, it still doesn't work, try clicking Refresh at the end of the Settings page to see if it works.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately my account was probably hacked by Tony-ptech who posted a link to a web page. I only had this page open for 20 seconds. Is it possible to block Tony-ptech's account. I also leave a screenshot if you see a possible solution. Thanks in advance.
