Drag and Drop not working in Chrome occasionally

While using Drag and Drop it fails in some occasion, while we try to drag a file and drop it shows disabled icon instead of copy icon in the chrome .

fix compatibility error with chrome and safari when dragging a file to dropzone #172 This one is related to this same issue. showing it was fixed but occurring in some cases. Once the browser was closed and opened it works fine...
