Remove QRious.VERSION

As breaking changes go, this is a minor one, however, I'd like to remove the QRious.VERSION static property. As part of the move to split up the code between multiple modules, this is almost a requirement since the version would actually be for qrious-core and not qrious. It's more of a pain to maintain between releases as well, so I'm happy to remove it.
